Personal Fitness II builds on the foundation established in Personal Fitness I. This advanced course continues to focus on fitness, strength training, physical conditioning, and lifetime health concepts. Students will further develop their individualized knowledge of weight training and physical conditioning. Emphasis is placed on mastering advanced training principles and maintaining a thorough understanding of fitness center safety rules. The course content is designed to allow teachers to select strategies and instructional techniques that cater to diverse student needs, improving muscular strength and endurance, flexibility, and cardiorespiratory endurance. Students will continue to implement and modify their personal fitness and conditioning programs, ensuring they achieve and maintain a health-enhancing level of physical fitness for a lifetime
